Hello, I'm Sharon Streams, and this will be my first trip to IL. I currently work as the site editor for WebJunction, the online community for library staff. My background is in print and online publishing, mostly in the sci-tech field. I will be attending the meeting with a cohort of my Webjunction colleagues, including Chrystie Hill, Michael Porter, Jennifer Peterson, Rachel Van Noord, Zola Maddison, and Laura Zingg.

Also, as someone who worked for years in the book publishing biz, I am happy to meet with any fledging or would-be authors who are looking for tips on how to approach publishers or a book project.
