Jenica Rogers-Urbanek

Page history last edited by PBworks 16 years, 6 months ago

Hi! My name is Jenica Rogers-Urbanek. I write the blog Attempting Elegance, and am the Collection Development Coordinator and Technical Services Librarian for the College Libraries at the State University of New York in Potsdam.

I've been a regular Computers in Libraries conference-goer for years, but this year I'm swapping IL in, instead, because next spring my library's hosting the SUNY Librarians' Association annual conference, and planning a conference while attending another sounded like a disaster waiting to happen.  California it is, instead!

I'm hoping to hear some interesting presentations, connect with old friends, make some new ones, pester the vendors, and try to find the Perfect Storm technology application that will make my library better, make my colleagues happier, and make our students think we're cool and relevant.

No challenge, there.
