Beth Hoffman

Page history last edited by PBworks 16 years, 5 months ago

Hi. I'm Beth Hoffman. I'm a newly minted librarian (I graduated in May) still looking for my first professional gig. (And if any of you reading this happen to be looking for somebody with an interest in teaching/training and with some digital content creation skills, you can see my resume/portfolio online at www.elizabethahoffman.com and I can be reached by e-mail at elizabeth (dot) a (dot) hoffman42 (at) gmail.com.) I also blog over at Adventures in Librarianship. I attended Internet Librarian last year as a student, and I still think it was the most fun I've had as a librarian (and one of the most informative), so I'm thrilled to be back again. After discovering that session blogging is just too much work, I can safely say I won't be doing any of that, but I'll be snapping lots of pics and if I can get my computer to play nicely with conference WiFi I'll be on The Twitter (my handle is advinlib if you want to follow along).

This year's presentation lineup looks great, and I'm looking forward to seeing many of my online friends (especially the folks I haven't seen since IL last year). If you wanna say hi, here's where I'm planning to be (but don't hold me to it - my choices may change):
